We begin by defining the projects goals in collaboration with the Board of Directors. Once the scope of work is established we make recommendations, present concept images, discuss appropriate materials selections, and supply samples to touch and feel. Budgets are provided, reviewed and value engineered if necessary.
The approved concepts are then refined into a final design package complete with presentation boards. In working with us we bring your vision to reality.
Following an implementation meeting, we schedule and facilitate all on-site trades. Construction will commence and our team conducts regular site meetings to ensure all is progressing as planned. Our structured approach establishes that high quality control standards are met. Consistent project updates are provided to Management, this flow of communication helps to minimize disruption and manage expectations. We bring our experience and dedication so each project delivery is on-time and on-budget.
Upon construction completion our team conducts a project walk-through to address any touch-ups that may be required. A Closeout document is created specifically for your project, complete with manufacturers warranties and maintenance guides. We remain accessible after project completion in the event you require help with the preservation of your new space.

The white painted trim wasn`t doing this corridor any favors. We colour-blocked the suite entrances, added a heavy texture to the walls, a flowing pattern on the floor, new over suite lighting and stylish signage - this space is has a whole new attitude!
